Meet Ashleigh Eilts , DNP Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner Ashleigh brings her extensive expertise and passion for overall well-being to the team. She holds a Doctorate in Leadership and Education, a Master’s, and an undergraduate degree from Mount Marty University and Dakota Wesleyan in Mitchell, SD, respectively.

With over a decade of experience in family and acute care medicine, she is dedicated to cognitive and performance enhancement. Certified by the Hormone Health Institute, Obesity Medical Association, American Academy of Anti-Aging, and Seeds Scientific Research & Performance, Ashleigh offers services like weight reduction medications, vitamin injections, neurotoxin injections, facials, PRP joint injections, IV hydration, RF microneedling, laser hair removal, and laser IPL.

Ashleigh is married to Rhett, who works full-time for the National Guard. Together, they have four children aged 1 to 11. In her spare time, she enjoys education, listening to podcasts, lifting weights, relaxing in their sauna, and traveling. Meet Shelly Selland, CNP, RN, MSN, BSN Owner & Medical Director of Tailored To You Medical Aesthetics (Mitchell and Huron, SD)

With over 31 years as an RN and 18 years as a Certified Nurse Practitioner, Shelly Selland brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role. Before founding Tailored To You in 2017, Shelly honed her skills as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a rural health setting.

She is extensively trained in aesthetic treatments, offering a range of services including laser treatments, dermal fillers, PDO threads, IV Nutrient therapy, biostimulators, and anti-wrinkle treatments. Shelly’s passion lies in maintaining a natural aesthetic for her patients, combined with a compassionate, respectful, and supportive approach.

Married to her husband Barry for 33 years, they are proud parents to two married children and have four grandchildren In her spare time, Shelly enjoys reading and horseback riding.
